What is reverse washing? I hear you ask. Well it is what it says on the tin, you use the conditioner before using your shampoo. And believe me it works, my hair has never felt cleaner, more full of life and it doesn’t tangle as much anymore.
Using the conditioner last apparently weighs your hair down and leaves your hair looking lifeless. And after reading an article about it I had to try it and I’m so glad I did, I would never go back to normal washing.
